Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping
- Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping, unless stated otherwise.
- Items such as candles, cream chargers, butane, or any other item that is designated are not eligible for free shipping, excluding them from the total amount.
- Golden Cedar Wholesale Inc reserves the right to designate any item as ineligible for free shipping.
- Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories abroad, and International order DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
- Orders that are deemed "Bulk Orders", "Distro Orders", Pallet orders, or any order where the invoice pricing is adjusted may be subject to additional shipping charges and may not qualify for free shipping.
- Incorrect addresses and returned packages are subject to a $25 reshipping fee.
- All customers are responsible for adhering to their local laws, whether Internationally or domestically, regarding product shipment. Golden Cedar Wholesale will not be held responsible for any seized shipments, loss, theft, damages, or expenses resulting from violation of local laws.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
- Please be sure to inspect all orders upon arrival.
- If packages are damaged upon arrival, please inform the delivery driver of the damages. Have the delivery driver acknowledge the damages and sign the packing slip acknowledging the damages. Please take photos before opening the package. If these steps are not complete, you may be held responsible for any damaged or missing product.
- Damaged product must be reported with the first 10 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate an exchange for damaged items, please fill out the form below, or get in contact with our customer care team, providing the invoice number, the item name, the quantity, and the photos of the product and package.
- 90 Day Exchange program is available with a valid invoice, and product is deemed acceptable, at the company's discretion. Please reach out if you are not sure if the product will be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the warehouse when product is being exchanged.
- All returned or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, applicable regardless of shipping status.
- Ex: $1000 order is returned. $250 restocking fee. $750 will be refunded.
